RSPCA Inspectors enters the waters to save a White Faced Heron

Responding to a call from a concerned RSPCA supporter, RSPCA Inspectors Aaron Purcell, Courtney Milton and Flett Turner entered the waters at Werrington Lakes to save a White Faced Heron that had become entangled in fishing lines.

The above photo shows the successfully rescued White Faced Heron, plus RSPCA Inspectors Aaron Purcell and Courtney Miltion (with Flett Turner out of shot driving the boat).

Well done RSPCA NSW Inspectors and thank you to the concerned member of the public who reported the Herron in distress.
